These Terms of Use apply when you visit the Organised With Care website or buy, download, print, or use our digital products. By using the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.
About our products
Organised With Care sells digital organisation tools, including The Aging Parent Care Binder. Products are delivered digitally through Shopify. No physical product is shipped.
Personal-use licence
Your purchase gives you a personal-use licence. You may download, save, fill in, and print the product for your own personal household or family care-organisation use.
You may print extra copies of pages for your own family use, such as additional medication trackers, appointment notes, care logs, or repeatable worksheets.
What is not permitted
- Reselling, sublicensing, renting, or distributing the files.
- Sharing the files with people outside your personal household or family use.
- Uploading the files to public websites, shared drives, marketplaces, or social media.
- Copying the design, layout, text, or structure to create a competing product.
- Editing, repackaging, or modifying the product for resale or commercial use.
- Using the product as part of a paid service without written permission from us.
Checkout and payment
Checkout, payment processing, order confirmation, and digital delivery are handled through Shopify and Shopify-related services. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.
Digital delivery
After purchase, the digital file or download link is delivered through Shopify to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for entering the correct email address and for keeping access to your download.
If your download link does not arrive, the file will not open, or you receive the wrong file, contact hello@organisedwithcare.shop with your order number so we can help.
Refunds
Digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned. All sales are final except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law or where we cannot resolve a technical delivery issue. See our Refund Policy for details.
No professional advice
Our products are organisation tools only. They do not provide medical, legal, financial, safety, or professional care advice. See our Disclaimer.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for the information you write, type, print, store, or share using the product. Do not use the binder as your only record of important medical, legal, or financial information. Keep sensitive information secure and share it only with trusted people.
Intellectual property
The Organised With Care website, brand, product names, product designs, layouts, copy, and digital files are owned by Organised With Care or used with permission. All rights are reserved except for the personal-use licence described above.
Availability and changes
We may update the website, product descriptions, prices, product files, or these terms from time to time. We aim to keep product descriptions accurate, but small design or content changes may occur as products are improved.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Organised With Care is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited in your country or region.
