Refund Policy

Organised With Care sells digital downloads. Because digital files are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law or where we cannot resolve a technical delivery issue.
No refunds for change of mind
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, no longer need the product, bought the wrong item, decide the product is not right for your family, or have already downloaded or accessed the file.
Digital delivery issues
If your download link does not arrive, the file will not open, or you receive the wrong file, email us at hello@organisedwithcare.shop with your order number. We will first try to fix the issue by resending the download, providing access to the correct file, or helping you open the PDF.
If the issue is caused by our error and we cannot provide the purchased digital product, we will refund the affected order.
Duplicate orders
If you accidentally place the same order more than once, contact us as soon as possible. We will review duplicate purchases case by case, especially where the duplicate file has not been accessed.
UK, EU, and other consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. In some markets, including the UK and EU, digital content may have specific rules around cancellation rights, faulty digital content, and mandatory remedies. Where the law requires a refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy, we will follow that law.
