Digital Delivery Policy

Organised With Care products are digital downloads. No physical binder, printed pages, or printed product will be shipped.

How delivery works

Checkout, order confirmation, and digital delivery are handled through Shopify. After purchase, Shopify sends the download link or access details to the email address you enter at checkout.

Delivery timing

Digital delivery is usually instant. In some cases, email filters, payment review, or technical delays may mean your order confirmation or download email takes longer to arrive.

Check your email details

Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout. If you use the wrong email address, contact us with your order number and the correct address so we can help verify the order and resend access where possible.

No shipping charges

Because our products are digital, there are no postal shipping charges and no physical delivery times.

Printing

The Aging Parent Care Binder is designed to be printed at home or through a local print shop. Printing costs, paper, ink, printer settings, and print-shop fees are not included in the purchase price.

If your download does not arrive

First check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folder. If you still cannot find the email, contact hello@organisedwithcare.shop with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Download access

We recommend downloading and saving a copy of your file promptly after purchase. If a link expires or stops working, contact us and we will help where we can verify the order.
